Jerome Wine

Tasting Tour

Wine tasting and shopping
tour
of Jerome.

The old ghost town of Jeromehas become a wine tasting center of the Verde Valley. Long appreciated as a great stop for interesting shops, unique galleries and breathtaking views, Jerome is now home to several tasting rooms within steps from each other. Sedona Adventure Tours has created the perfect itinerary so you can enjoy all of the best Jerome has to offer and let us do the driving to to and from Sedona. Your climate controlled van journey begins by exploring a portion of the Verde Valley Wine Trail as you wind through the incredible scenery of Sedona and the Verde Valley.  On our way to Jerome we break up the drive with a stop in Old Town Cottonwood for a visit and tasting at the casually eclectic wine tasting room of Arizona Stronghold.   Once in the mile-high ‘city’ of Jerome we visit  Jerome Winery and Caduceus Cellars. Caduceus is owned by rock star and winemaker Maynard James Keenan, lead singer with the bands Tool, Puscifer and A Perfect Circle. You can get great insights into the triumphs and travails of winemaking by seeing his latest film, "Blood into Wine." You will have time on your own to cruise this quirky town, have a bite to eat and do some shopping, and perhaps mingling with some of the colorful characters who call Jerome home.
